Palmatum Deshojo Maple
If you're passionate about the red color of Japanese maples in bonsai, the 'Deshojo' variety is a real favorite. In spring, its leaves turn a deep, intense red, a unique characteristic of this cultivar. Unlike other maples, which quickly turn green, Deshojo retains its flamboyant color for longer, offering an impressive visual spectacle. Like all Japanese maples, Deshojo prefers sun, but in moderation. We recommend protecting it in summer, ideally with an easterly exposure.
