Mountain Pine
In nature it is found in the subalpine levels of the main mountain ranges, but in gardens it is most often used in rock gardens. However, the mugo pine lends itself very well to creating a conifer bonsai. Its growth is slow and it takes years to form a good-sized tree, hence our choice to have grown them in the open field for more than 15 years by offering you Mugo pines that already have a well-developed trunk and branches. It naturally makes small needles and will form pretty trays that will have to be shaped by the ligature. The Mugo pine is really underrated in bonsai even though it has a lot of qualities and we consider it to be one of the easiest bonsai pines, so ideal for beginners. Experienced enthusiasts will find with the Mugo corner something to diversify their collection with trees with high potential.
